3M Adhesive Remover 38080 is Ready-to-use blend of petroleum solvents designed to remove adhesive and tar deposits from exterior vehicle surfaces. To minimize the possibility of staining, do not apply in direct sunlight or onto a hot surface.

Adhesive Tar and Wax Remover quickly removes wax, grease, oil and adhesive residue. It will not harm most cured automotive paints and is also suitable for vinyl and glass surfaces. Instructions for removing bumper stickers are included.
